Chippenham Town Council in Partnership with Good Energy are running a FREE Sustainable business and networking opportunity on Thursday 4th March.
As part of their Climate Strategy, Chippenham Town Council wants to help our local businesses to become more sustainable. The evening event is in partnership with Good Energy and Severn Wye agency to share information about how businesses can cut costs and cut carbon emissions too. Our speakers will also explain how eligible SME’s in Chippenham can apply for a free energy assessment and potentially apply for a free grant of up to £6,000 from Wiltshire Council https://severnwye.org.uk/wiltshire-towns-small-business-energy-efficiency/
At this event, you’ll gain an understanding of:
- What to consider when improving energy efficiency within your business
- What are the free, low-cost and investment opportunities
- What are the benefits of becoming more energy efficient
- What grants are available and how you can apply
The event will take place at Good Energy’s Monkton Park offices on Tuesday 4th March from 5.30pm – 7.15pm. There’ll be a chance for networking and free sandwiches and snacks available from 5:30pm until 6pm when the talks will start. We aim to finish about 7.15.
We would ask for attendees to register on Eventbrite for a free place to help with our catering numbers.
